Create a folder in Outlook for all users

hi there,

I have been asked to create a custom Outlook folder for all users.

This is for quarantined emails are will redirect to the webpage holding those emails.

This is easy enough to do from outlook on a PC but is there a way of pushing this out from the server to all users?

We have exchange 2010 and outlook 2010
