EWS The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Negotiate' when execute New-MailboxMoveRequest cmd !

Hi everybody,

Now i'm trying to test the cross forest mailbox move between 2 exchange 2010 forest with theSatheshwaran Manoharan's guide in the link below :

Everything works fine but now, i'm get-stuck in step 11. When i try to run the New-MailboxMove Request cmd on the Target forest, Power Shell show me a error that:

EWS The HTTP request was forbidden with client authentication scheme 'Negotiate'

I've searched on the internet but it seems to have a few thread about this problem. I'm new in Exchange and don't have much experience to troubleshoot this bug. So could you point me out some clue to solve this problem ?
