Exchange 2010 Error

Per request of upper-management, I've put all 15 of our Customer Service Reps on a single account named CSR. This is their domain login as well as their email. They all share the same inbox. Granted there are only 6 of them signed on to it at any given point Outlook 2010 is giving me some weird issues.

I keep getting a 0x800411D error on a few of the clients. It seems their primary CSR email works fine, but the few that I am getting the error on is from a inbox ive given the CSR account full access to. And it only seems to happen when there are 5 more people signed in to it. I've tried getting info on it via Google but its not really coming up with much. I've tried deleting the data file to no avail. I've made sure the PC can communicate with the Exchange Server, and other PC's that are on this account are receiving email just fine and having no problems with Outlook.

Any ideas?
