We have an exchange 2010 single server installation running on a Citrix Virtual environment. We have been running into a lot of potential corruption. Users randomly start getting "connecting to..." and when they receive this, outlook locks up for a 10-30 seconds. Is there a suggested tool to check for corruption, or things I should be doing to prevent it?
The only way we have found to resolve this, is to export mailbox to a PST, blow away the mailbox, and have the user start over with their mail in an archive.
