We migrated from Exchange 2003 to 2010 over a year ago, recently several users have been having this issue when accessing the Public Folder directory via OWA. When they go to a directory in the Public Folder, a pop-up with "Loading..." appears and stays there, blocking clicking anywhere else in the window, and never goes away until the window is closed.
This has been shown to occur with both windows 7 and window 8, IE, 8, 9 and 10. As well as firefox.
There are no errors on the exchange server logs.
Any ideas as to what is causing this, and how to correct this behavior?
