For all our mailboxes we're not able (used to work but I don't know when this stopped working) to send a reply when a message arrives. In Outlook 2010 SP1 one can magage rules, Ive created a new rule [when message arrives > server has to reply with message]. Internally the reply message is send but not externally. Does someone know how to fix this? btw, the OOO messages are working fine for internal as external.
Exchange 2010 SP2 UR4 v2 + Outlook 2010 SP! environment
