Migrate from lotus domino to exchange 2010

Hi,

I want to migrate from lotus domino 8.5 to exchange 2010.

Aftersome research on thenet, Irealizedthat there are twomethods to do so:

1. Use 3rd party tools (quest , binary tree).
2. Use transporter tool (via exchange 2007).

I want to know how can I estimate the data transfer time in the two cases.

Bandwidth 10Mb/s

700 mailbox 100Mo/Mailbox each one with 500 of personal archive for each user.

In the the quest guide they give a formula size/bandwidth : is this reliable?

I want also to verify if the transporter can migrate lotus personal archives to pst?
