Can a distribution list be set up so it has one person shown as the "owner" that would be the primary contact for it that everyone should try to reach first for questions about it, but also grant other users the right to add and remove users to that group in the owner's absence?
We would like to reduce calls from people calling the help desk saying "Bill is out sick and we need you to add these people to the distribution lists he owns." We would like some people who own similar distribution groups to be back up owners of other groups and not have to change the owner to do it.
