Some photos missing in Outlook 2010!

Hi!

We have just starting to put photos into our Exchange 2010 and it works ok but many users have complained that they cant see some users photos.

I have discovered that if the user have added the the contact from GAL to the own "My Contacts" then the photo will not be updated and they wont see any pictures when they send / receive emails from those persons.

I have tried here on my outlook to add the following regkey 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Microsoft\Office\Outlook\SocialConnector\ScheduleContactGALSync = 1

To automatically sync changes to to "My Contacts" from GAL but now after 24h the photos still wont show :(

Any Ideas? Will SP1 for Outlook solve the problem maybe?

EDIT1: have tried the SP1 theory and still the same result.
