ECP: Invalid Service Address

My configuration is as follows. 2 CAS Servers(CAS1) one internet facing and serving as a proxy and the other is non internet facing. When a user is accessing the ECP from the internet facing CAS server which is proxying back to the other. We get the "This service can't be accessed using the given address. Please contact your helpdesk to get the correct address."

When you access the ECP from the non internet facing CAS server it works just fine. So it is something with the proxy configuration.
