I know this issue has been asked before but I don't see a valid solution. We have a master calendar (user mailbox). We send meeting requests to external e-mail recipients outside of our organization. When the person accepts the meeting
request, it shows on the master (creator) calendar as "Tentative". This happens across the board with iCloud accounts, mobile devices, Yahoo accounts, Gmail accounts. Really anyone external to our domain. We are running Exchange Server 2010.
I've asked the external attendee's and they say they have responded "Accept", not "Tentative". Any ideas?
