Exchange 201 - Can't receive email from my website

I have Exchange 2003 in one box and now I have installed Exchange 2010 in a separate box using theExchange 2010 Deployment Assistant

I have completed the Installation and migration of Mailboxes and Public Folders.

Now the issue is if I forward the email inbound traffic from firewall to old server Exchange 2003, I can send and receive emails fine (I guess in this case first the emails are going to Exchange 2003 and then it's forwarding to Exchange 2010) But if I change the setting in the firewall to send it to Exchange 2010, everything works except I can't receive email from my website.

The website is using one of email MX address to send email directly and rest of the email come to us through third party SPAM filter company.

The only difference I can notice is that in Exchange 2003 SMTP connector properties there is option to enter my MX address (mail.mydomain.com) but in Exchange 2010 Default Receive Connector the FQDN isexchange2.mydomain.local

Any help would be appreciated.
