Single user has had this problem for at least 5 years, maybe three exchange upgrades. 2003 > 2007 > 2010
We are now on Exchange 2010 SP2 RU1 single user still having same issue.
User will not get any calendar reminders in OWA, doesn't use outlook.
When I open her mailbox with OWA still have same issues, I could try outlook but we don’t use outlook often.
Apart from creating another mailbox and moving all items over to this I am stumped, however If this is the recommendation what steps do I take?
Any other ideas?
