DAG cluster interface registered in DNS

I am having an issue with one of my servers in a 3 node DAG and while troubleshooting I noticed that when I ping the server by FQDN it returns the autoconfigure IP address of the Failover Cluster Virtual Adapter.  If I disable the Failover Cluster Virtual Adapter the server pings fine.

Does anyone know what might cause the virtual adapter to be registered in DNS?

Am also getting the following errors for all of my teams:

Cluster network 'Cluster Network 1' is down. None of the available nodes can communicate using this network. Run the Validate a Configuration wizard to check your network configuration. If the condition persists, check for hardware or software errors related to the network adapter. Also check for failures in any other network components to which the node is connected such as hubs, switches, or bridges.

All of the teams are UP in Failover Cluster Manager
