Move Mailbox Suspend Mode temp file build up ( tmp.hdmp)

Hi,

I had left approx 50 mailboxes migrating overnight with the option tick to suspend the migration. When I arrived back in this morning the exchange data partition was full. When I examined I disovered the cause was the temp folder. The temp folder contained files of size appro 500Mb and example filename WER2E07.tmp.hdmp

Is the move mailbox with suspend mode causing this? I had never noticed these files before. It did allow me to delete them?
