Apologies for reposting. I submitted a similar thread in the SCCM 2012 forum but the real issue lies within Exchange 2010. Please let me know if you have any thoughts.
Today we manage our ActiveSync mobile devices using the ECP. The steps outlined in this article have already been adapted to our environment so the help desk can manage things appropriately and it has been working great!
I am in the process of building out our SCCM 2012 environment and have been very curious about the Exchange connector. At this time I could only see us using this feature to gather data and simplify reporting, as a majority of our devices are iOS. My concern is that enabling said feature will break the management configuration that we already have in place via the ECP.
Can anyone confirm the actions that take place after setting up the Exchange Connector?
