Outlook 2003 Free/Busy issues after migrating to Exchange 2010

I've got an interesting one here that is hopefully a quick fix.  After migrating to Exchange 2010 and moving the PF replicas to their new E2K10 server, users on Outlook 2003 cannot see the Free/Busy info for Resources (conf. rooms) that are into next year.  We can, however, see the Free/Busy via Webmail and Outlook 2007.  It seems very sporatic too.  On my Outlook, I can see one of the Resources Free/Busy, but not another (whereas prior I could not see either one of them beyond Dec. 2010).  Could this be RPC Encryption on the system folders?  If so, how do I remove it?  When I do a Get-RPCClientAccess, the encryption is denoted as False for the all the servers w/ PF and Mailboxes.
