Push mail with smart phone

Dear all Exchange Team,

I have one problem that want all of you help me to solve it. The problem is when I configured push mail to my smart phone, it effected to my smartphone camera. It didn't work while i use push mail in phone. But when I disconnect or uninstall push mail, my smartphone camera it work normally. So please help me to solve this problem.
