Hello,
I am in an environment with 5000+ Users. Everyday we have a lot of changes in our Active Directory. Most of those changes are made by Powershell based on data that is stored inside an OpenLDAP, SMTP(Mail) Adresses(Mailbox) are created based on an exchange policy after a new User was created. Now to my question. One of the changes, for our existing users done by Powershell, that happen quite often are name changes because of marriage e.g.. Our exchange server won´t react to those changes so the SMTP(Mail) Adress stays unchanged. If we change the name manually inside the AD Mangement Console the Exchange server reacts and creates a new Alias. Is there any exchange policy that allows the Exchange server to react to changes made with Powershell and create an Alias with the new name?
Best Regards
Jan
