We recently setup our Exchange 2010 SP3 w/ update rollup 11 for hybrid deployment with o365. I've moved a couple of test accounts and 1 power user from our IT dept. I ran into an issue with the process listed in this article: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn249373(v=exchg.150).aspx - When running the script I received an error that states the cmdlet New-SyncMailPublicFolder doesn't exist. I haven't been able to find a work around for this. I suspect the script is made for Exchange 2013 and not 2010, but any information on the University of Google appears to be non-existent. Anyone have any ideas how I can finish getting the public folders to coexist with o365 and get this script to do it's job?
