Some time ago, I upgraded exchange 2010 on our SBS 2011 to SP2.
Everything appeared to be working correctly post upgrade until I recently, when I tried to install the latest RU updates.
When I run the installer, I get the to following message
Windows Installer
The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the programe to be upgraded may be missing, or the the upgrade patch may be a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch.
It doesn't matter which RU update for SP2 I try to install, it always gives the same message.
In EMC, the current version is 14.2 (Build 247.5)
Any help in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.
