My client has Exchange 2010 SP2 with:
1 mailbox database for users,
1 mailbox database for journaling.
Journaling is enabled on first database,
but not all e-mails are collected: only INTERNAL e-mails and SOME send/received to/from outside this Exchange server.
No journaling rules are implemented.
Two transport rules were made for adding disclaimers to e-mails to selected users.
E-mail domain is configured as: Internal Relay Domain [ domain shared between Exchange and ISP messaging system ].
Two send connectors:
1 Internet connector
1 to ISP connector
My question:
Are any factors [ e.g. transport agents ], that influence journaling behavior ?
