What I notice in AD, in reference to the error output, is that There is a "Microsoft Exchange Security Groups" OU in the root of the domain with only these groups in it:
Delegated Setup
Discovery Management
Exchange Trusted Subsystem
Help Desk
Hygiene Management
Organization Management
Public Folder Management
Recipient Management
Records Management
Server Management
UM Management
View-Only Organization Management
But in LostAndFound Container, there is another OU named "Microsoft Exchange Security Groups" with only these groups:
Exchange Organization Administrators
Exchange Public Folder Administrators
Exchange Recipient Administrators
Exchange Servers
Exchange View-Only Administrators
ExchangeLegacyInterop
