Transport Rule to Auto Reply

Suggestions Please...

Have Exchange 2010 answering to two domains, lets say domain1.com.au and domain2.com.au.

Company started out as domain1.com.au and is now know as domain2.com.au. domain1.com.au will be phased out or moved as this "original" company (domain1.com.au) will be sold, so wanted to be proactive and setup an auto reply to anyone sending to domain1.com.au to update their address book.

Staff of Domain1.com.au have this set as their default reply address and staff of Domain2.com.au have this as their default.

To this end setup a mailbox no_reply@domain1.com.au with out of office auto reply and a transport rule that would copy all mail sent with "@domain1.com.au" "in recipients address" (have also tried the other choices "text pattern in recipients address"), excluding those staff (mailboxes) that will remain with domain1.com.au.

What I have found is Exchange will not copy to no_reply@ unless maiboxes have the email address xx@domain1.com.au set as their default reply. When an email is sent to xx@domain1.com.au those who correctly have their address set as xx@domain2.com.au and an original secondary address as xx@domain1.com.au do not copy to no_reply. It is the latter that I need the reply to work for to notify them they need to update their address book.

Sorry for the long explanation, hopefully someone can follow and suggest a solution.
