disable activesync for enable-mailbox

hi all.

here i asked a question about how to disable activesync for new users which led to a scripting agent

and it worked

but here is another problem

support team do not create objects in AD, they just enable mailboxes in exchange (because of our security policies)

and guess what !? it works for new-mailbox command (console or shell)

but it does not work for enable-mailbox

so how can i fix the agent to properly do both of them
