I am currently having a strange problem with Exchange 2010 SP1 and syncing a HTC Hero. I want to do a fresh sync but am unable to remove the device partnership and get the following error within EMC:

I have managed to find a thread (http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/9662f4a8-8af2-4540-8a31-c7534f059761), and have tried this solution but am still getting the same error.
Can't seem to find anything else on this. Ran the following PS command if it's any help.
