Add user to all calendars as default

Hi

I want to add a user to all users calendars as reviewer by default. But my problem is how to make this a "default" thing? It's not a problem to add the user for excisting users, but this has to be a default setting for future users.

How to? :-) Any suggestions.

Its because we have a phone system where the system account has to be able to look into all users calendars.
