Using Exchange 2010 SP1 RU6
I started setting up a Room Reservation system in Exchange 2010. The room list and the "members" are shown. So far no problem.
But for the resource capacity I don't see any intelligence in Exchange 2010. A couple of rooms have a capacity for 4 persons. When creating a meeting
and selecting the room list I needed for the location all rooms are visible. Adding users to the meeting request and end up with e.g. 8 attendees, the
same rooms are showed. The rooms with less capacity didn't disappeared from the list.
Also I don't see any possibility to create a marge to a reservation. A user for example is planning a meeting from 10:00 am till 11:00 am. The next meeting possibility is right after this one. But when the meeting has not finished in time there is a conflict. Not in Exchange/Outlook but in real life. So I need to make sure there is always a 30 minutes boundary between the reservations.
Some one already setup a reservation system in Exchange? Please let me know.
