I'm having ActiveSync issues with 1 user. She just got an iPhone and previously had a blackberry device (which worked fine probably because it didn't use ActiveSync). Her iPhone will not connect to the Exchange server. Once the account is set-up when she tries to check her mail she gets an error connecting to server message. I set her account up on my test iPad and I get the same results, however other users don't seem to be effected. I have already checked her security settings in ADUC and it is set to inherited. I have also already checked her inbox and there is not many messages in there (less than 30) and there are no subfolders of Inbox. Any other ideas?
