When replying or forwarding an email message, everything the user types disapears before the message can be sent. We are running Win7 x64 Enterprise with office 2010 on an exchange server. This is only affects one user out of 200+.
I have tried:
- Add-ons - disabled, removed, added & run in safe mode (the problem doesn't occur)
- Rebuilding the user's profile
- repairing Office
This problem does not happen everytime so it is difficult to say if one thing worked or not. I just know what we have tried and it just happened again. The entire message, including the new text goes blank and the user loses everything.
