We are exch 2010 sp2. I have created archive retention tag and added to default archive and retention policy. In that one of my user wants all his one month old mail to be archive automatically. So I removed the user mailbox from default archive and retention policy.
Steps I tried:-
I ) I created one personal tag for moving 30 days old mail and applied to main folder( I tried by choosing inbox and primay mailbox)
Issue what iam facing in this scenario is it checking only inbox not all other subfolders. Its very tough to apply manually for all subfolders. He is having more than 50 folder, user is also not allowing to apply folders one by one.. he wants to apply automatically.
ii) Second thing what I have done, I created one DPT and assign to that particular user for moving all one month old mail. But that also not working.
Note: Basically I need to move one month old mails in all folder automatically to archive mailbox with same structure.
