Perhaps someone can answer this question, we are in the process of migrating our old exchange server 2003 and server 2003 (both currently on a single tower). we have setup a secondary DC (server 2008 R2) which will become the primary DC. We have not migrated exchange 2003 yet. We have however moved most of our users to the new secondary DC (user profiles and doc etc). We ran all the preparead, forestprep, etc. Now here is my question and I cant recall noticing this before: when I look at the properties of one of the migrated user accounts I do not see any of the exchange property tabs, now I think i know why of course because the new exchange 2010 will have the exchange Console to view properties. I think I may have answered my own question but just to be sure I would ask anyone to confirm, at this stage I should not have any exchange property tabs showing when I open user properties from the ADUC of the new Secondary server 2008 R2 server? Since exchange is not migrated yet.
I can still open user properties on the ADUC of the old exchange server 2003 and view them etc.
