I have 2 users reporting that they are not receiving email. I’ve sent test emails from my gmail account and I get this error message.
Another interesting thing is that a couple of them went through, and she’s able to send internally and externally, receive internal email. I was also able to send an email to myself (under the domain) from my gmail account and have not received any errors, which tells me my MX records are correct. Also checked OWA which is no different.
I’m planning to create a new outlook profile for her, but I don’t believe that’s the problem.
Any help will be appreciated.
