outlook address not syncing

Hi all

 I am using  exchange 2010 , outlook 2010 , I had  changed some  users  email display name today . I checked in my webmail  and try to send  mail to those users  which are  I done  the  changes in their display name and  the changes got  reflect in the webmail but not in my outlook.

I connected my outlook internal only. Is that any way to get that reflect in my outlook immediately.

Kindly advise.
