We have Ex2010 server in our Org. Currently my ORG. requested 1 task to create Address List as shown below details:
1) Create 1 address list which does not contain/include internal users but external clients email addresses as well as details.
2) These address lists will be updated by PMs & AMs. Full access will be given to only AMs which then can see the contacts which are added by them as well as added by PM's.
But in case of PM's they can read+write access to the contacts which are added by respective PM's only. This is not the case like few contacts are added by PM A & will seen by PM B. If PM A is added 2 contacts then those contacts will be access by PM A only not by PM B. But all the contacts added by PMs will get see by all the AMs.
I hope someone will give some light on this.
