I have a problem with my sent items from group mailboxes send from users in the name of the group mailboxes. In my Organization there is an Exchange 2010 SP2 UR4 v2 Server with Outlook 2003 (latest Updates). Our users do have the send permission for several group mailboxes. All group mailboxes sent items configuration is for send as to the value "FROM" configured.
When i try to send an e-mail in name of a group mailbox the sent item is stored to my sent items folder and to the sent items folder of the group mailbox (this is by design from Microsoft so far).
But now i have some users when they send in the name of the group mailbox the e-mail stays just in their outbox and is not moved anywhere! Now i found out if i gave the users a new local profil (Citrix Environment) it is working afterwards!
But it can not be the solution for giving all users which have this problem a new profil! Can someone give me a good advise how i can find the difference between a user which is working and a user which is not working? I think it can not be the Mailbox it self, because i had the problem, resetted my profil and afterwards everything worked as expected!
