We have an Windows 2008 server running Exchange 2010. We have a distribution group with e-mail addresses likeinfo@company.com etc with various users receiving the incoming e-mails to this address. But we want the users to send e-mail using that adress and not their personal e-mail. I have used the From field in Outlook but, when the email is sent it shows users name on behalf of corporatedept. I used the SendonBehalfof permissions. We want that when the user sends the email it shows only the distribution group address. Is this possible. Any help will be appreciated...
