So we have Exchange 2010 with UM. We have a Cisco Call Manager and a Nortel IP PBX. We have 3 IP gateways, 2 point to the Call Manager, 1 points to Nortel. All 3 IP gateway hunt groups are assigned to the same dial plan. Here is my problem. A Nortel user
gets a voicemail. Exchange MWI tries to send a SIP message through any of the 3 IP gateways and should only be sent through the Nortel IP gateway. MWI just chooses at random an IP gateway because they are all assigned to the same dial plan. Is there a way
to create some type of policy that all extensions that start with 7xxx for example are routed through the Cisco Call Manager IP gateways and all other extensions route through the Nortel IP gateway without having to create another dial plan?
