I have a problem with exchange auto discover,
currently now i have exchange 2010 published to internet through TMG, i manage to get a big green tick with word "Connectivity Test Successful" when i tried to test
exchange with result as follow:

everything looks good until here, and i'm happy...
then i start to try on outlook and my android mobile device
outlook case:
I put in my name, email and pass - after that outlook just ask me to confirm if the cert is not trusted, you want to continue or not, i choose continue... then outlook start to resolve my email settings, and at the end it said successful...
then, it said that i have to restart my outlook to see my activesync email run on it. so i close my outlook and reopen again... and it load quite a while (1-2 mins) then it said: "The Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action." - i press ok then small window with microsoft exchange title come out... it has 2 textbox as follow:
Microsoft Exchange Server: EAS.mydomain.com
Mailbox: =SMTP:user.name@mydomain.com
check name button
OK - Cancel button
*take note that the exchange server url is different with the xml from autodiscover showed (mail.mydomain.com) and FYI:EAS is my hostname of my exchange server but i want to publish it externally asmail.mydomain.com
i press on check name button, it said "The name cannot be resolved. The Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
so at the end my autodiscover seems not working properly....
then, on my android device case:
same thing happened, it can't resolve the setting with auto discover, but if i tried to fill-up the setting manually, i manage to get my email run properly...
so my question is: what should i do to make the auto discover work?
