We are running into a few problems with our migration. We went from a 2003 Windows server with 2003 exchange to a 2008R2 Enterprise server with 2010 exchange. We did not uninstall the 2003 exchange server properly. So now we have a few issues. Looking at the new server, I see some errors in the event log.
The first error is 5006:MSExchange Transport:
Cannot find route to Mailbox Server CN=Old Server, CN=Servers, CN=first administrative group, CN=Administrative groups,
Next Error: 5020 MSExchange Transport:
The topology doesn't contain a route to Exchange 2000 or Exchange Server 2003 OldServer.local in Routing group CN=first routing group, CN=Routing Groups, CN-first administrative group, CN=Administrative Groups, CN=DOMAIN, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Services, CN=Configuration, DC=Domain, CN=local in routing tables with the timestamp 12/18/2012 7:23:31 PM.
next error: 14029: MSExchangemailboxAssitan
Couldn't find an exchange 2010 or later folder server with a replica for the free/busy folder: EX/O=DOMAIN/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP
What can we do to fix these errors?
