All of my blackberries were connecting using OWA, this functionality stopped working when an SSL cert was added to Exchange server. AT&T tech support is pretty useless in this area. I can log-on fine through the web app but not through the blackberry and the owa configuration mechanism. Any help? This took out my bosses Blackberry and he is really unhappy.
