Hi,
I just subscribed to edge server and I no longer receive internet email.
Test on https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com for SMTP inbound mail, passed with no errors, but when I open queue viewer on Edge I can see incoming messages hanging there with the status "ready"
and Message Source Name "SMTP:Default internal receive connector EDGE".
They are hanging there for more than 2 hours.
I have verified that edge server can resolve hub server hostname
port 25 between edge and hub is open
port 50636 between hub and edge is open
Mail flow from organization to internet works fine.
Where could be the problem?
