This just started happening last month. Some users are receiving emails from in-house and external users with the body of the message showing nothing. It doesn't happen all the time but it seems like it's getting worse. Right now there are three users out
of 40 that are experiencing this issue.
One of the messages today was send to 4 internal staff and one of the users received it with no content in the body of the message, the other three had the message.
We are not sure what is going on and what to look for
Is it possible that GFI ME might be causing this issue? Tonight, I am restarting the server as it has not been restarted for about 3 months. Nothing showing up in the logs.
Our server is running Windows 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010
Any ideas?
