Free/Busy time, subject, location not showing in Scheduling Assistant when permission granted to a group.

I have an Exchange 2010 resource forest and maintain forest trusts to several user forests.  Most of the mailboxes are Linked Mailboxes.

User A, a linked mailbox, changed his calendar permissions to "Free/Busy time, location, and suject" or "limited details" and granted that permission to a mail-enabled security group (universal, security) called OCS.  However, when User B, another linked mailbox and a member of the OCS group, tries to look at the free busy details of User A in Scheduling Assistant, it only shows "Busy".  There are no details.  However, if User B opens User A's calendar in Outlook, they can see the limited details.  So, the permissions appear to be working.  They just don't work from the Scheduling Assistant window in a New Meeting Request.

Also, if User A grants that same permission directly to User B instead of the group, User B can see the details in Scheduling Assistant and when he opens User A's calendar.

To further complicate the matter, I added a mailbox to the OCS group that is a User Mailbox, instead of a Linked mailbox.  The non-linked mailbox can view User A's details in both Scheduling Assistant and when opening the calendar.

Seems like this may be because the members of the group are Linked Mailboxes and thus disabled AD accounts.  But I can't understand why the permissions work properly when trying to open the calendar versus the Scheduling Assistant.  Anyone have a clue?   I appreciate any insight.

Thanks,

DeSha
