Exchange 2010 SP1 RPC OOF & OAB issues

Hi,

I have a client with 8 users and requires an on premise Exchange 2010 on windows 2008 R2 Server.

Single server with DC & Exchange 2010 SP1 (HUB, CAS & Mailbox) directly facing internet

There are 2 NICs (External with public ip and internal with private ip) RRAS is configured to NAT the traffic between the 2 NIC's

Local domain: server.domain.local

Registerd domain: server.domain.com

Third party SAN certificate (Server fqdn, autodiscover.domain.com, owa url: smtp.domain.com)

I know the above setup is not as per Microsoft design recommendations, but this is what client requires and i need to deliver.

Outlook anywhere is set for NTLM authentication as customer does not want any password prompts.

Issue:

1. RPC connections drop intermittently (Email sync never happens)

2. RPC connects and sends email but Inbox sync never happens, always shows updating Inbox but never compeltes. (only on outlook restart new email is delivered to inbox)

3. Out of office/automatic replies does not work.

4. Even when MAPI connection is setup OAB download is never completed.

Please help me out in this scenario to resolve the issues.
