only 5 databases allowed on enterprise version

I'm getting an error when adding a 6th database on my Enterprise version Exchange 2010 box. I read in another post that re-applying the license key and restarting the store service fixes this. How does one reapply the license key? And does this have to be done on all of the Exchange 2010 servers?
