Greetings , how can then I achieve, what we need is, delete the deleted items after 90 days, after the user has deleted it. We are on Exchange 2010 SP1 RU6
e.g. if an item was received in 2010 , if I delete it today, it should stay in the deleted item folder for 90 days and on the 91st day purge it from deleted items folder.
should I use
New-RetentionPolicyTag and New-RetentionPolicy or
New-ManagedContentSettings and New-RetentionPolicy
