Our storage systems that send fault messages
We have some different storage systems from Infortrend in our data center:
4 x Modell DS S16F-R1840-4, Firmware 3.85E.10
2 x Modell A16F-G2430, Firmware 3.61F.75
Management cards from all these systems are in the same network IP circuit. All storages are configured to send emails in case of faults (e.g. fault of hard disk) to an email receiver list. Emails send by assets DS S16F-R1840-4 can be read correctly as expected in any mail system.
Our problem sending such emails to Exchange 2010
Only messages from assets A16F-G2430 send to an Exchange 2010 mailbox contain just the subject without any body text. Same mails send to a receiver withnone Exchange mailbox (e.g. GMX, WEB), does have both subject and body text field filled with the expected content.
Any idea how to solve this?
