Managed Folders Shared By Multiple Policies

Hi,

I have 3 categories of users.

I decided then to create three Managed Folder Mailbox Policies . But some folders will be shared by some two/or three policies. I have already created managed folders with their "managed content settings".

Can these folders be shared by different policies or I have to create duplicate folders?
