Our company is running off of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010. We also have Blackberry Bold's that our employees are using as well and they run off a Blackberry Enterprise Server that is connected to the Exchange Server.
About 3 weeks ago we started getting reports that our employees calendar events were disappearing from their phone's but their Outlook Calendars which is where the phones were syncing from were just fine and everything was still there. I tried everything from turning wireless syncronization off and then back on to total wipe of the phone. The Calendar will then sync up after these "fixes" and you can see the appointments but about a day later they disappear again. We spoke with Blackberry and investigated and they said that it seems to be an issue in Exchange.
Please let me know what we can do to fix this issue as we work in healthcare and people highly rely on their calendars on their phones.
